1. If you claim items from multiple retailers, you will receive multiple invoices. If you don't receive an invoice after a few hours (sleeping hours excluded), please double check your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out to the retailer who you claimed the item from.
2. Once you are done claiming items, please hit the "done shopping" button so your retailers know you are ready to receive your invoice! Invoices are due upon receipt and will be released to sold next's if not paid within 6 hours. Shipping is $6.75 for one item and $9.50 for two or more items or if item weighs over a pound. If Item won't fit in a padded envelope, shipping is exact charges. Large orders will be charged exact shipping costs. All sales final unless otherwise agreed upon prior to paying your invoice. Shipping is PER RETAILER.
3. Please do not claim if you don't intend to pay. It's not fair to either the consultant, who works hard to keep her inventory available to shoppers, nor is it fair to other shoppers to tie up something they might want to purchase.
4. We try to answer all questions in a timely manner and ship next day 6 days a week. You will be provided with tracking when your order ships.
5. If you have any questions regarding fabric content, color, exchange and return policies, or anything else, please ASK BEFORE claiming by commenting directly on the item. In general, all sales are final unless prior arrangements have been made. Outfits are sold only as outfits shown, please do not ask to break them.
6. All orders must be paid using LuLaRoe's Bless system. No PayPal, no Square, no checks for both your safety and ours.
